Authorizes the Probate Court of Richmond County to charge a technology fee up to $10.00 for each civil action filed with the court

Fee revenue is restricted to technology needs including computer hardware/software purchases, maintenance, imaging and scanning equipment, and digitization of court records for public access

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk of the probate court

Authority to assess the technology fee terminates on July 1, 2035, with any remaining funds dedicated to general Richmond County technology uses
