Amends the Brooks County Development Authority Act (originally approved March 9, 1967) to revise member appointment provisions and repeal outdated districting and initial term requirements

Brooks County governing authority shall appoint seven members, selecting outstanding citizens of Brooks County

Two members must reside within the corporate limits of the City of Quitman, while the remaining five members may reside anywhere within Brooks County's geographic boundaries

All members serve four-year terms and continue serving until successors are appointed and qualified
