Establishes a new formula tying judicial salaries to federal judge pay: Supreme Court Justices at 100% of U.S. District Court (Northern District of Georgia) salary, Court of Appeals Judges at 99%, and State-wide Business Court Judge at 95%

Adds the Georgia State Tax Court Judge to the salary formula at 95% of the federal base salary, effective July 1, 2026

Defines "base salary" as the annual salary of U.S. District Court judges for the Northern District of Georgia as of July 1 of the second preceding state fiscal year

Primary provisions become effective June 1, 2025 (if appropriated) or July 1, 2025 (if not), with the Tax Court provision taking effect July 1, 2026
