Amends Code Section 36-83-4 to expand the list of authorized investments for Georgia local governments

Adds no-load, open-end management type investment companies or investment trusts registered under the federal Investment Company Act of 1940 as permissible investments

Authorizes investment in commingled stable net asset value investment trusts established through intergovernmental agreements between two or more local government units

Permits investment in commercial paper from domestic corporations rated P-1 (Moody's), A-1 (Standard and Poor's), or F-1 (Fitch) or higher
