Expands the definition of "female at risk" for breast cancer to include women with one or more first or second degree relatives who have had breast cancer, replacing the previous narrower list of grandmother, mother, sister, or daughter

Applies to insurance mammogram coverage requirements under both Code Section 33-29-3.2 and Code Section 33-30-4.2

Retains existing risk criteria: personal history of breast cancer, biopsy-proven benign breast disease, or not giving birth prior to age 30

Effective July 1, 2025, applying to all insurance policies issued, delivered, or renewed on or after that date
