Fees restricted to court technology needs including computer hardware/software purchases, equipment lease and maintenance, and imaging/scanning/printing equipment

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the court clerk, subject to audit by a City of Berlin-approved auditor

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2030, with residual funds dedicated to general City of Berlin technology uses or transferred to the city governing authority if deemed surplus
