Amends Georgia Code Section 48-5-41 to limit property tax exemptions for public property owned by political subdivisions (cities, counties) located outside their territorial boundaries

Beginning January 1, 2027, property that is developed with at least 25% improvements and actively used for public purposes will only receive a 60% exemption from ad valorem taxes, rather than a full exemption

Full tax exemptions remain available for properties that are 300 acres or less, located within a county that contains all or part of the owning municipality, or designated as watersheds by the U.S. Soil and Water Conservation Service
