Allows trapping of feral hogs without a hunting or trapping license, provided the hogs are killed upon capture.

Permits use of unmanned aircraft systems (drones) to locate feral hogs, subject to applicable drone regulations.

Repeals existing wildlife control permit requirements specific to feral hogs, including provisions that allowed nighttime hunting with lights, hunting from vehicles, and license exemptions for landowners on agricultural property.

Violations of hunting wildlife or feral hogs from prohibited vehicles (boats, aircraft, motor vehicles) remain a misdemeanor punishable by a minimum $250 fine and up to 12 months confinement.
