Georgia driver's license holders with non-visible physical or mental disabilities may request a symbol be placed on the front of their license indicating such disability, by submitting a sworn statement describing the condition

Military members and veterans with PTSD may continue to request a notation of their diagnosis on their license with verification from a licensed physician or psychologist

Licensees may request removal of the disability notation at any time, and the department must delete all records relating to the notation and request upon such removal

The department is prohibited from disclosing any information about disability notation requests except with written authorization from the applicant or by court order

The commissioner must establish rules and regulations for implementation, including application forms with liability waivers, an appropriate symbol for licenses, and a revocation procedure
