Increases the number of superior court judges in the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit from 11 to 12

Governor will appoint the twelfth judge for a term beginning January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028, with successors elected in nonpartisan judicial elections starting in 2028

The additional judge receives the same compensation, salary, and expense allowance from the State of Georgia and Gwinnett County as existing superior court judges in the circuit

Authorizes appointment of one additional court reporter for the circuit

Counties comprising the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit must provide courtrooms, office space, equipment, supplies, and personnel for the judges, with costs paid from county treasuries
