Establishes a 15-member Georgia-Ireland Trade Commission to advance bilateral trade and investment between Georgia and Ireland, with 4 members appointed by the House Speaker, 4 by the Senate President, and 7 by the Governor

Commission membership must include the commissioners of economic development and agriculture (or designees), representatives from higher education institutions, at least two Irish American community representatives, and a business/trade organization representative

Members serve four-year terms without compensation but may receive expense reimbursement; all appointments must be made within 90 days of enactment

Commission purposes include promoting business and academic exchanges, encouraging mutual economic support and infrastructure investment, and initiating joint policy action between Georgia and Ireland

Creates the Georgia-Ireland Trade Commission Fund in the state treasury to receive legislative appropriations, grants, donations, and other funding sources; requires annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly by February 1
