Amends the City of Barnesville charter to redraw the five city council election districts based on the 2020 U.S. Census data, replacing the previous district boundaries established in 2005.

District boundaries are defined using Census Bureau voting tabulation districts (VTDs) and individual census blocks within Lamar County, Georgia.

Current city council members serving at the time of enactment will continue in office until their terms expire, then be considered representatives of the newly redrawn districts.

Any city territory not explicitly included in a described district or found to be non-contiguous will be assigned to the adjacent district with the lowest population per the 2020 Census.
