Requires Georgia's state health benefit plan to cover hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for biological women experiencing perimenopause and menopause when prescribed by a licensed physician, beginning January 1, 2027

Defines hormone replacement therapy as synthetic, biological, or bioidentical hormones that replenish naturally diminishing hormones, control perimenopause/menopause symptoms, or protect against post-menopause diseases and conditions

Applies to the state employees' health insurance plan as well as plans for university system employees and other specified public employees

Coverage will be subject to the same deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and utilization review as other similar benefits under the state health plan

Act becomes effective July 1, 2026, applying to all policies issued, delivered, or renewed on or after that date
