Georgia residents would receive free admission to all state parks, historic sites, and recreational areas on public and legal holidays as defined by Code Section 1-4-1

"Fee" is defined as any charge established by the Board of Natural Resources for use or occupancy of state park facilities

Amends Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, adding new Code section 12-3-9.2
