Requires all Georgia public schools to provide at least 30 consecutive minutes of "seated time" for student lunch periods beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, with the clock starting when a majority of students have received their meals and are seated.

Defines "seated time" as actual eating time, excluding time spent waiting in line to receive meals.

Mandates local boards of education to establish written policies addressing lunch scheduling strategies, staffing patterns for lunch personnel, and methods to minimize student wait times in lunch lines.

Requires local school systems to submit annual reports to the Department of Education documenting their lunch policies and schedules for each school.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to provide implementation grants to schools that need funding beyond what is provided under existing QBE funding formulas.
