Amends magistrate court fee provisions to clarify that sums collected under Code Section 15-23-7 and all other legally required sums are in addition to standard filing fees, and the fee article shall not affect collection of such other authorized fees

Maintains existing fee structure: filing deposits up to $22.00, actual service of process costs capped at sheriff rates, and $4.00 writ of fieri facias fees

Corrects a scrivener's error in the May 14, 2025 nonpartisan magistrate election law (Ga. L. 2025, p. 780) regarding the automatic repealer provision

Narrows the automatic repealer to apply only to Section 4 of the prior act (amending Code Section 21-2-139 on nonpartisan elections) rather than the entire act, contingent on ratification of a constitutional amendment for nonpartisan probate court judge elections by January 1, 2027
