Dedicates the interchange of State Route 401/Interstate 75 and State Route 37 in Cook County, Georgia as the "John L. Williams Memorial Interchange"

Honors Mr. John L. Williams for his leadership, entrepreneurship, and commitment to the welfare of Cook County and Georgia citizens

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs at the designated interchange

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the Williams family and the Department of Transportation
