Job protection and anti-retaliation provisions would ensure employees can return to the same or equivalent position without adverse employment action

The Clerk of the House is directed to distribute the resolution to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and relevant committee chairs for consideration during the 2026 legislative session
