Creates a House Study Committee to examine how the federal One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R. 1), enacted July 4, 2025, affects Georgia through reductions in federal funding for healthcare, education, housing, and infrastructure programs

Committee will consist of seven members: five appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and two appointed by the state auditor, with the Speaker designating the chairperson

Legislative members receive standard allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to five days of meetings, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file findings and any proposed legislation with the Clerk of the House, approved by majority vote of a quorum before the abolishment date

Committee will be abolished on December 1, 2026
