Original log cabin constructed within two years of founding served as both worship space and the area's only school (Trip Academy); a wooden structure built in 1873 was replaced by a building in 1911 now known as the LifeHouse

New sanctuary constructed in 2001 to accommodate growing membership

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Chestnut Grove Baptist Church
