Celebrates the continued observance of March 5 as Small Business Day, first established at the Georgia State Capitol in 2024 and reaffirmed through House Resolution 360 in 2025

Recognizes five organizations for their contributions to education, entrepreneurship, and financial empowerment: Ms. Corporate America Georgia, Trinity International University of Ambassadors School of Business, Trinity Girls Network Corp., The Organization of World Leaders, and Hamm Financial Group

Commemorates the release of a leadership anthology titled "Women Who Build Georgia: Corporate and Entrepreneurial Women Leading with Purpose" as part of the March 5, 2026 observance

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the leadership of the recognized organizations
