Foodborne illnesses affect an estimated 48 million Americans each year, highlighting the importance of trained professionals who ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations and food safety standards.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals.
