Notes religious accomplishments of thousands of souls saved, more than 2,000 people baptized, and 180-200 youth engaged monthly through youth programs

Acknowledges future expansion plans for a facility exceeding 35,000 square feet to expand worship and community outreach

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to the church
