Has practiced clock making and repair for 62 years, working on clocks dating as far back as 1737; previously operated a shop in Jonesboro and now works from his home attic

Meets weekly with a group of men to teach and pass along his clock making and repair knowledge

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Richard Storer
