Urges the Georgia Secretary of State to refuse the U.S. Department of Justice's request for unredacted voter registration lists containing confidential personal information such as dates of birth, driver's license numbers, and partial Social Security numbers.

Declares that providing unredacted voter data to the DOJ would violate Georgia Code Section 21-2-225, which requires confidential treatment of personally identifying voter information.

Notes the Secretary of State already provided a redacted version of Georgia's voter registration list to the DOJ but the department continues demanding unredacted copies.

Expresses concern that the DOJ indicated it may share confidential voter information with federal officials outside election enforcement and potentially with private third parties.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Secretary of State, State Election Board, U.S. President, U.S. Attorney General, and Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights.
