Honors former State Representative "Able" Mable Thomas, an activist and legislator from Atlanta's Vine City community who advocated for racial justice, equity, and Black political empowerment

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs at the dedicated intersection

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to Mable Thomas and the Department of Transportation
