Designates February 5, 2026, as Community Service Boards' Day at the Georgia state capitol

Commends the 22 Community Service Boards (CSBs) across Georgia, which are public corporations established under O.C.G.A. § 37-2-6 to provide services for mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases

CSBs serve as part of Georgia's Public Safety Net for uninsured or underinsured individuals, as well as Medicaid recipients

Nearly 2 million Georgians suffered from mental illness or addictive diseases in the past year, over 320,000 experienced serious mental illness, and more than 145,000 adults have intellectual or developmental disabilities

Directs the Clerk of the House to distribute copies of the resolution to all CSBs and the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards (headquartered in Villa Rica, Georgia)
