Georgia House Resolution recognizing and commending the Georgia E-Commerce Auto Dealers Association (GeCADA), which represents over 4,000 licensed used motor vehicle dealers operating under the e-commerce business model

E-commerce dealers constitute a majority of all licensed used auto dealers in Georgia and represent the fastest-growing sector of the used motor vehicle industry

GeCADA evolved from the Georgia Auto Broker Association (GABA), established in 2016, and was renamed in 2025 to better reflect the e-commerce business model

The association focuses on dealer compliance with Georgia law, advocacy for reasonable regulations, consumer protection, and providing training and compliance tools to members

The Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to provide a copy of the resolution to GeCADA
