Recognizes and commends Alpharetta Public Safety Director John Robison as Georgia's 2025 Outstanding Police Chief of the Year

Director Robison began his law enforcement career in 2002 with Alpharetta Police Department, became Powder Springs Chief of Police in 2015, and was appointed Alpharetta Director of Public Safety in 2017

Holds a Doctor of Public Administration from Valdosta State University, along with master's degrees from Columbus State University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University

Serves as a professor at Georgia State University and Reinhardt University, authored a book on leadership, and was promoted to Assistant City Administrator in August 2025

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Director Robison
