Dr. Duncan currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of Professional Learning for Clayton County Public Schools, having previously held positions including English teacher, Department Chair, Instructional Lead Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Interim Superintendent

Served as Adjunct Graduate Education Instructor at Mercer University and the State University of West Georgia

Recipient of multiple awards including Teacher of the Year, NAACP Image Award in Education, Nikki J. Randall Servant Leadership Award, and Who's Who Among American Female Executives

Also serves as a radio talk show hostess and Director of the Miss Black America of Atlanta Pageant
