Honors Cara Jaden Atkins (born April 27, 2002, in Marietta, Georgia), who graduated from Etowah High School and Georgia Highlands College with a 4.0 GPA, and completed dental hygienist school

Recognizes her volunteer work with Jamie's Hope, Cherokee Humane Society, and Locks of Love, as well as her role coaching gymnastics to children

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the memorial interchange

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the Atkins family and the Department of Transportation
