Recognizes contributions to medical science through serving as models for heritable human diseases and advancing genomic and pharmaceutical research

Acknowledges working dog roles such as avalanche dogs, herders, retrievers, hunters, water rescuers, and sled dogs

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
