Highlights that many affected individuals cannot afford prosthetic and orthotic devices due to inadequate insurance coverage

Recognizes diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, infections, cancer, and trauma as leading causes of amputation

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
