Acknowledges these professionals monitor and communicate severe weather including tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, winter storms, and extreme heat, often working extended hours under rapidly evolving conditions

Recognizes collaboration between NWS-Atlanta and state/local emergency management officials, public safety agencies, broadcasters, utilities, educators, and community partners

Directs the Clerk of the House to distribute copies of the resolution to representatives of the honored organizations
