Honors Zander Trayvon Whatley, an 11-year-old fifth grade student at Hal Hutchens Elementary School who was killed on April 29, 2024, as an innocent bystander in an act of violence in his home

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage at the dedicated intersection

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to Whatley's family and the Department of Transportation
