Honors Andrew "Drew" Keith Slay (February 24, 1999 – April 8, 2023), an art major at the University of West Georgia and graphic designer who died in a traffic accident

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the memorial bridge

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to Slay's family and the Department of Transportation
