Recognizes four STAR Teachers selected by the students: Mr. William Threadgill, Mrs. Cheri Schreibman, Dr. Ashley Floyd, and Tim Wood from their respective schools

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
