Creates the House Study Committee on Code Revisions for Autonomous Vehicles to review Georgia's vehicle code provisions and recommend updates for autonomous vehicles

Committee composed of 7 House members appointed by the Speaker, including chairpersons of the Judiciary Non-Civil, Motor Vehicles, Public Safety and Homeland Security, and Technology and Infrastructure Innovation committees

Study scope includes modernizing definitions, reviewing traffic laws and regulatory compliance, evaluating safety standards and oversight, and examining civil and criminal liability for autonomous vehicle incidents

Members receive allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to 3 days unless additional days are authorized, funded from House appropriations

Committee must file a report with findings and proposed legislation before abolishment on December 1, 2026
