Recognizes and commends Patricia "Pat" Harris Lowman upon her retirement from the Waverly Hall, Georgia, City Council after 40 consecutive years of service (1985-2025), having been elected 10 times

Lowman served as Director of Public Safety over police and fire departments, Mayor Pro Tem, and Chief Financial Officer, and filled mayoral vacancies on multiple occasions

Transformed the police department from a night watchmen presence to a full-time department and upgraded the fire department with a state-of-the-art firehouse and two staging areas for improved response times

Oversaw construction of the city gymnasium/community house, named "The Bobby Lowman Recreation Center"

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Patricia Lowman
