Dedicates the bridge on State Route 168 over Camp Creek in Clinch County as the "Edna Sirmans Sessoms Bridge" in memory of Mrs. Edna Sirmans Sessoms (1892-1994)

Mrs. Sessoms was the daughter of State Senator Frank B. Sirmans and became, along with her husband, the largest landowner and operator of naval stores in Georgia

After her husband's death in 1944, she continued managing the family's timber holdings and pioneered sustainable forestry practices in south Georgia for over five generations

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the bridge dedication
