Dr. Bryant was born August 4, 1968, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and served as a U.S. Air Force veteran stationed in Italy and Germany

She worked as an educator and community advocate, and was a single mother of four children

The Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to provide a copy of the resolution to Dr. Bryant's family
