Resolution recognizes the university's recent growth including expanded academics, improved facilities, increased enrollment, and strengthened fiscal management

Commends Dr. Steven F. Echols for leadership in guiding the institution through its renewal and transition to university status

Directs the Clerk of the House to distribute copies of the resolution to Brewton-Parker Christian University and Dr. Echols
