Dedicates the portion of U.S. 78/U.S. 278/State Route 10 from Willhaven Drive eastward to Belfair Lakes Drive in Augusta-Richmond County as the "Master Sgt. Gary I. Gordon Memorial Highway"

Honors Master Sgt. Gary I. Gordon (born August 30, 1960), a U.S. Army Special Operations Command sniper team leader who was killed in action during the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, Somalia

Gordon volunteered to protect four critically wounded helicopter crew members despite intense enemy fire, and after depleting his ammunition, gave his last five rounds to the downed pilot before being killed

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate memorial highway signs

Authorizes distribution of copies of the resolution to Gordon's family and the Department of Transportation
