Creates a Joint Study Committee on Generational Sustainability of Family Farms composed of nine members, including three senators, three representatives, the chairs of both Agriculture and Consumer Affairs committees (serving as cochairpersons), and the Commissioner of Agriculture.

Directs the committee to study challenges facing family farms including natural disasters, trade wars, disease outbreaks, corporate consolidation, declining workforce, high input costs, and low commodity prices.

Authorizes the committee to recommend policies and legislation to support existing markets, develop new domestic markets, decrease input costs, prepare next-generation farmers, and address the declining farm economy.

Notes Georgia's agricultural industry contributes $100.4 billion to the state economy and 370,400 jobs, while the U.S. agricultural trade deficit is projected to exceed $40 billion.

Committee will stand abolished on December 1, 2027, and must file any report with findings or legislative recommendations before that date.
