Georgia House Resolution 1422 recognizes and commends Tim Varnadore upon his retirement as mayor of Baxley, Georgia

Varnadore served as a firefighter for 13 years and as a city council member for 20 years prior to becoming mayor

During his tenure as mayor, he oversaw the city's 150th anniversary celebration and made significant improvements to stormwater management
