Designates March 18, 2026, as Georgia Chapter of NOBLE Day at the state capitol

Celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), founded in September 1976 by Black law enforcement executives from 24 states and 55 major cities

Recognizes the Georgia Chapter of NOBLE, established in 1984 by Atlanta Public Safety Director George Napper, for over four decades of executive leadership training and mentorship

Notes the Georgia Chapter has produced nine national NOBLE presidents, including Fulton County Sheriff Jackie Barrett, the first woman national president and first African American woman elected sheriff in the United States

Directs the Clerk of the House to provide a copy of the resolution to the Georgia Chapter of NOBLE
