Georgia House Resolution recognizing and commending the Elaine Clark Center, a DeKalb County organization serving children and young adults with disabilities since its incorporation in 1969

Founded by Sister Robert Therese, the center has operated for more than 55 years providing inclusive education, therapy support, and social programming for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays

Offers four program areas: early childhood programming, a fully accredited K-12 school, respite and holiday camps, and young adult programming for those who have aged out of public school services
