Georgia House Resolution congratulates Chief Latosha Clemons for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award, presented annually during Women's History Month by the Georgia Women's Legislative Caucus

Chief Clemons is the first African American woman to serve as Fire Chief for the City of Forest Park in Clayton County, Georgia, with more than 25 years of fire service experience

Currently serves dual roles as Fire Chief and Interim City Manager for Forest Park, overseeing citywide operations including finance, human resources, public works, planning and zoning, code compliance, police, and administrative services

The award honors the legacy of Representative Nikki T. Randall, who in 1999 became the first African American woman elected to the Georgia General Assembly from middle Georgia and served 17 years as a legislator
