Webb came from a family dedicated to bridge construction in Georgia and trained numerous workers in construction-related vocational skills throughout his career

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the memorial bridge

Webb also contributed to his community through renovations to Johnson County Recreation Department facilities and Johnson County High School
