Creates a House Study Committee on Georgia's College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI), which measures how well public schools prepare students for the next level of education

Committee will consist of six House members appointed by the Speaker, who will also designate the chairperson

Study will focus on reviewing the content mastery, progress, and closing gaps components of CCRPI to ensure calculations reliably and accurately measure student achievement

Legislative members receive allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to five days, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation by December 1, 2026, when it will be abolished
